REMODEL HIGHLIGHTS

This lovely home in Soda Creek had great bones, but our clients were looking for an elevated version of their space.  We reworked the kitchen layout by extending some walls and replacing everything top to bottom. The great room fireplace got a new cast-limestone surround, the floors levels were reworked and floor refinished, the dropped ceiling in the dining room was removed and matched to kitchen ceiling height, the wood and heavy beams on the great room ceiling were removed, drywalled and painted white and all the light fixtures were replaced with statement pieces. The cramped mudroom was redone to max every square inch and create an organized and airy space.
