We’re on the hunt for a Junior Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented designer who has initiative and is eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to meaningful residential projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Support principal and senior designers in concept development, material selection, and space planning

• Source furnishings, lighting, finishes, and materials aligned with the design aesthetic

• Create presentation boards, design narratives, and client-facing documents

• Assist with drawings: floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and millwork details

• Communicate with vendors, artisans, and contractors to coordinate specifications and samples

• Assist with overall project management and installation logistics

• Attend site visits to document progress and assist in styling/installations

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

• Preferably 2+ years of professional design experience in renovations and remodels

• Proficient in Chief Architect (or similar drawing platform) & Canva

• Strong eye for natural materials, layered textures, and earth-toned palettes

• Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills

• Passionate about residential design

Bonus Points if You Have:

• A strong portfolio showing residential work

• Familiarity with regional design styles 

• Not afraid of the snow and driving in it!

• Dry sense of humor... and a quick wit!
